Dr. Cherie is a GP specialist, holding the highest qualification in cosmetic medicine, the NZSCM Diploma of Cosmetic Medicine. This 2-year training programme is only accessible to medical specialists.
She was the top graduate in her cohort and continues to be closely involved in the society as a member of the education committee. She has formal postgraduate training in Skin Cancer and Dermoscopy through the Skin Cancer College of Australasia.
